Our unit is new out of the box. Powers on but quickly shuts off after a few seconds. I can not find any trouble shooting tips… Wasted dollars.
I’ve had it set up for about a week and it turns off after about 30 seconds. The app doesn’t say anything is wrong 🤦🏻♀️
The machine turned on high and shut off without reason. It can have weird smell sometimes. The customer service was actually asking me to provide video proof?!
Air Filter is good, but the app Havaworks on other hand isn't disconnected most of time just isn't stable. Need an update.
